Well, I was on my way to a friends house, following one friend because I did not know they way. All of a sudden, BAM! A cop behind me, lights on. So, I pull over, and my friend whom I was following did too. According to the cop, we were going 70 in a 40. Although I do not think I was going that fast, I got a ticket for 60 in a 40. So I'm going to be seeing a lot of the tank for a while. My car got taken away, and now I have to walk places, or have a friend pick me up. This sucks dick, but I guess thats what I get for not paying attention to my speed. | ||

that's kinda dick of them to take your license for going only 20 over the speed limit. I got a verbal warning the other day for going 18 over. If I were you I would definitely fight the ticket. 99% of the time the cop doesn't even show up, and the ticket goes away. | ||

Not necessarily, i did the same thing with a ticket that was blatantly my fault, and they still reduced it from 200$ to 100$ | ||

yea fight the ticket deff worth it...no points, and no record...and is not like u gotta go to court u pay a lawyer and he takes care of that... | ||

do what toasters said, not ruskiy. that ticket isnt worth paying 1250 for a lawyer. show up in court with a suit on, talk to the prosecutor and he'll cut you a break if you have a clean record. | ||
