Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

Building a rig brotato chips. Need advice. FIRST QUESTION. Best place to buy? Right now I'm looking at Newegg, had a friend recommend Tigerdirect. Second Which OS should I get, seems like all the OS on Newegg is Windows 7, but which one should I get theres; Home Edition, Profession, Ultra, Sleek and Lubricated /w ridges. Third Cases any ones I should stay away from? Fourth Headsets, I'm interested in getting some headsets. Looking at some Razers: -[link]- Fifth How much memory should I be aiming at, 16 gigs sounds like a boner, but is it really worth it? 8 seems pretty decent but again, do I really need it. 4 sounds basic, 2 sounds like nothing. Sixth Coupons should I skimp on performance for price? ---------- Right now this is what I got. Mobo : -[link]- Video card : -[link]- Cpu : -[link]- Hard Drives : -[link]- 2x for raid 1. --- Much more including; Keyboard, Monitor, my maybe RAM. The case and power supply depends on the deal I could get. HALP BROS HALP. This is for gaming btw. Edited Thu Feb 04 2010, 04:30AM |

Motherboard and CPU dont match. Different sockets. Video card is good... its what i got. I suggest you wait 2 more months for the ATI HD 5870's to drop in price substantially. Those baby's r balls to the wall. Get a 24 inch monitor with a response time of 5ms or less. Keyboards... based on preference. (i like saitek). HDD's r good. I also suggest you grab a 750+ watt PWR Supply with at least 50 amps on the +12v rail. Keep that mobo and grab a Core i5 750 or whatever its called. Its $200. Normally i would say 4gb's of RAM is enough... but RAM is cheap nowadays so grab 8. 8 is overkill but lasts long time. Go with DDR3 1600's with a CAS latency of 8 or less and no more then 1.65 volts. When i have time i will put something together for you. Those are just some quick facts. EDIT: Oh, giving us a budget will help me set you up with the best bang. Edited Thu Feb 04 2010, 05:12AM |

He would need a i5-750 If you have a nice budget, might I suggest grabbing a "cheap"(lower memory) SSD to run your OS off of for optimum performance? (maybe this -[link]- Just a suggestion. |

Truly, 1,000 to 2,000 depending on how generous my parents are going to be. Aim for 1,500. -[link]- For the mobo to match the cpu, yes or no? Edited Thu Feb 04 2010, 06:25AM |

the only helpful advice i can confidently give is, id say try and range ur budget for around 1100 and keep 400 aside for after u build it, because something always seems to go wrong after and u can never have to much storage space, i personally wish i had at least 4 gigs |

I'd get 16gb of RAM, just because that sounds so fucking sweet that it's possible. @ 1500, Glitch will make you a beast, with probably an i7 instead of an i5. I personally have the Thermaltake ATX mid tower Armor+, and though I do love it, it's not as spacious as you would hope. Once again, Glitch will make you a beast. I also would like to see what Travos got going on for you |

teh peen rocket case -[link]- mobo -[link]- gfx card -[link]- psu -[link]- cpu -[link]- ram -[link]- hdd -[link]- can easily get 1 tb for $100 if you would want to add/change out the velociraptor(pwnzorz) for a slower but bigger hdd also if you really wanted more ram you can get that for a little more as well also if you need a monitor and all that jazz, they're moderately priced so won't add a terrible lot oh ya total price for this is $1388.93 Edited Thu Feb 04 2010, 07:14PM |
