Oh I'm so down. I still play zombie escape sometimes on CS:S. Never gets old. So down for Office.
Also 15 years for me. Fuck man we are getting old as shit.
Also, loving Back 4 Blood. Highly recommend to everyone who enjoys coop zombie action. I play on steam. gLiTch handle was retired with FT. You can find me as theRemedy on Steam friends.

Super down for a rerun. I think we all have some old connections to plan something ahead of time, on an updated game, or even outdated, for all of us to do an event on. I would look forward to that very much

I dont know how to build a computer. :o It's quite simple really, if you need instructions then look otherwise do it like a man If you have the power supply in then put in the mobo, screw it down put in the cpu + heatsink (with thermal grease of course) put in ram, vid card, hdd, cdrom plug them into powersupply, plug other shit into mobo that you need the book for and you're set |

nostie wrote ... Pracket wrote ... I tried. One minor problem. I dont know how to build a computer. :o I failed. Don't do it. ...Then you're a disgrace to humankind. You have to be retarded to not be capable of building a computer. Really, the hardest part about building it is picking out what parts you want. I built the rig I use now about two years ago, and I will never buy a pre-built piece of shit again, unless I just need an office computer. Reason is, for a good, non-gaming office computer, you will never beat Dell's prices. But when you move up to a higher end gaming computer, you can kick their asses by like $1000 on the same or a better rig. If you buy a pre-built, I'm going to kill you. |

look here -[link]- specs are ok on most of these and unlike most oem box sets you can upgrade here. As far as building your 1st computer I would spend some time researching current hardware. Its not as easy to configure a rig as it used to be. There are a shitload of choices now. Intel, AMD,...Quad core blah blah blah and its gonna change in the next few months. A 5 year old pc is a little long in the tooth but you still seem to be able to smack the shit out of us in Office! Anything with a Core 2 duo chip will take care of you for a bit sided with an Nvidia 8800gt and 2 gb of system memory. When you do get a new rig take the one you're using now and disasemble it completely then put it all back together and see if it fires up. It would teach you alot about how little there really is to putting one together. Like Amped said its pick the componants that takes time. I try hard to avoid bottlnecks between system componants. My best advice would be to HAVE FUN no matter what you decide to do. |

Yo i totally agree with steel on this one. if you want a cheap computer. go build it. cept the parts that he pointed out to you. you could build a really decent comp for like 600 alone. get a 6600 core 2 duo, with like 2 gigs of ram. for a video card, if you're looking for a cheap budget comp. go for a geforce 7900. if you want something better, go for an 8600. 8800 is definitely not required to play a lot of games. if you don't know anything i'm talking about learn. i learned a lot about this stuff over the past month becuase i'm actually building it. happy because i received my parts and i'm gonna build it today |

I built my computer and I hate fucking techno geek shit... It's remarkably easy... The hardest part is getting the heatsink strapped to the CPU without thinking you broke it. (it literally entails clipping TWO clips... but it's a force fit) However you can get barebone pre-assembled kits from TigerDirect for less than a G, all you have to do is install the OS. Here you go, click customize and add or remove whatever you want. It's a 64bit SLI gaming machine, if you were to do dual 8800gt's or something it'd last you another 5 years. -[link]- |
