Ok, what we need here is ideas how we can get more people to surf, NOT EXCUSES (I'm sure this thread isn't blaming any one individual, so that won't be necessary). I say the lack of people is beacause we've been playing the same damn maps since the server started. Just go to fpsbanana and start downloading ritarded amounts or something. Or bring back the surf + custom maps. I never understood why you got rid of all the custom maps (blahhhh_s = the shit). We need some surf skill maps too, those are always good. I dunno, it's your server so do what you want. | ||

I AGREE WITH TOASTERS!!! no offense to pope, but he is too fucking lazy to add maps. i sent him like 80 maps once and he didnt put on 1 to test out. we need a ton of new maps. vote on the ones we like (machine, machine 2, egypt, 10x final, barnyard), and then get rid of the ones we hate (skatepark, halfpipe (halfpipe isnt a fucking surf map)). I have been surfing my whole counter strike career, so i have a shitload of maps. surf_blah is a fucking awesome map. so is surf_raceway. those are old school maps, but they are FUN. we need FUN maps that people will see and come to! no more shitty maps like halfpipe or skatepark. YES!!! SKILL MAPS ARE THE SHIT! we need more skill maps as well. people come to surf, not shoot. i like surf_toheaven (or w.e), because that is a semi-hard skill map. |

If someone will claim responcibilty and actually put the maps I send them on the server, then hell, we'll have 100 surf maps up and running in no time; but up to this point no one has done that, and I end up wasting my time sending/making map packs that go unused. | ||
