A lot of maps are RTV'd asap, that doesn't mean it always happens. I've seen maps like Machine2 and 10x RTV'd as soon as we get there, and yet it doesn't happen all the time. Different crowds like different maps, and unless you're on everytime it goes to a certain map, you can't know for certain if it is RTV'd everytime or now. I would advise;however, that you take surf_aaaa off, since that map is unsurfable (the rocks that became useless because of a CSS update months ago, that portion you can no longer get past.)
